-WWE Signature/Main Event Intro-

We go to the arena as “ChaChaLaLa” brings out Summer Rae to herald the coming of Fandango for the opening match. Tom Phillips is joined at the announce table by Alex Riley and both guys discuss the “dance battle” between Rae and Emma on Monday. Phillips make sure to mention Rae will be on Total Divas next season. He doesn’t get to finish his whole routine as “I Came to Play” brings out his opponent The Miz. Phillips mentions Miz whining on commentary on Monday about not being featured while Titus O’Neil and Zack Ryder were. Before the match can begin “La Vittoria A Mia” hits bringing out Santino Marella. We segue into a clip from Monday where we see the actual Emma/Summer Rae dance-off. We go back live where Marella gets on the live mic. Marella introduces Emma out to the ring, where she does her snake dance as giant bubbles emerge from the entryway. Emma pops the bubbles as she makes her way down. Rae is not pleased. Emma and Marella embrace after some miscommunication on how to do so and head to the announce table to join in on commentary.
- Jon’s Thoughts: Emma is awesome on NXT and I’m glad to see her get the call-up to the main roster to be Marella’s awkward buddy. They’re going to make a great comedic duo. I also dug the fact that the WWE made the bubbles bigger for her entrance to accommodate the larger area. Full Sail University this ain’t. I don’t know if non-NXT fans dig Emma or not but if you’re on the fence give her a few weeks to grow on you. Happened to me.

Fandango kicks him off and rolls around but he hangs on and finally applies the hold. Fandango struggles for a bit then taps.
Winner [via Submission]: The Miz (8:53 shown)
- Jon’s Thoughts: A dull match overall but to these guys’ credit they did pick it up towards the end. Not much in the way of building Miz’s whole frustration thing that started on Monday unless you consider a pointless C-show match to be a build of some kind. Santino and Emma were entertaining on commentary, though at times it did get almost too distracting.
Post-Match: Emma, Santino, and even Riley do the Emma Dance to The Miz’s theme. The camera focuses on Phillips and Riley as they go into Elimination Chamber hype mode. They focus on the big WWE World Heavyweight Championship match.
- Jon’s Thoughts: WWE is on a slippery slope with Emma; if they keep trying super hard to make her dance cool it’s going to blow up in their faces.

“Realeza 2013” hits, bringing out Alberto Del Rio for the next match. Phillips recaps the Batista/Del Rio confrontation on Monday. “Radio” brings out Del Rio’s opponent, Zack Ryder. He seems to have gotten himself in better shape and ditched the blonde-ish mop top.
- Jon’s Thoughts: This is now two shows in a row with Zack Ryder. Can he make it a trifecta this Friday? If so the world might descend into chaos so start brushing up on your survival skills.

The first lockup ends in a stalemate and Ryder asks for Del Rio to come at him, bro. Del Rio kicks the hamstring then takes Ryder down with a series of strikes. Del Rio superkicks a kneeling Ryder and covers for the 1…2…3.
Winner [via Pinfall]: Alberto Del Rio (4:56)
- Jon’s Thoughts: Del Rio gets another victory headed into his (I assume) showdown with Batista at Elimination Chamber. Granted it’s a victory against Zack Ryder, someone even I’ve beaten, but still it keeps the wheels spinning. Ryder didn’t look terrible here and even had some parts where he seemed motivated again.
Post-Match: Del Rio poses on the second rope, eyeing the Wrestlemania XXX sign, as a way to show that everyone in the WWE cares about it main event or not, I guess.

Winner [via Pinfall]: Big E Langston (11:56 shown)
- Jon’s Thoughts: Happy to see Langston pick up non-title victories since secondary champions rarely do so, and his tribute to his former team with his ring attire was classy. That said I could not get into this match at all and for parts of it I thought I was going to nod off. Dreadfully slow, almost like they were just trying to take up TV time. This was not a good Main Event, match or episode, guys.
Post-Match: Langston celebrates as we fade to logo.
